How About Video Biographies of your Staff

There are a number of benefits to creating staff bios with video.  The principal one is:
  • site visitors will engage with your staff, eye to eye, which is a bit more trustworthy than text and image.
Of course many people are shy, but this can be overcome, by conducting an informal conversation, keeping the video camera off to one side so that the interviewed staff focus on the conversation, instead of the camera.
Be sure to post the video on your site, but also consider putting them on your YouTube Channel.
