Collaboration and Stats! Best Practices from ATV Ontario

Andrew Ryeland of ATV Ontario reports that collaboration is a new addition to their Web site. This grows from listening to Web site users and responding to their desires. By all accounts, another successful Web project!
Andrew is doing a great job crunching the numbers too, by keeping track of Web stats ATV Ontario knows how their ideal guest finds them.

From Andrew:

Hi guys. Web site, Blogs and now .... a special Spring Jam 2006 Forum !!!
In response to one of our customer's suggestions, I have added a forum that will allow our customers access to each other (if they permit it) to 'talk up' Spring Jam. (Hearing from a "Friend" accounts for 45% of our registration ... see demographics below)
You've all read forums on other websites where people speak their mind on different topics, well now we have our own. I control what ends up there so don't worry I will monitor it. It won't be available to the general public only Spring Jam 2006 customers ... and you of course!
You have to register and get a usercode.
Try it out and leave your own insightful comments. Click Spring Jam 2006 Forum.
