What is a Webinar? Webinars are interactive learning opportunities that make use of the Internet allowing a presenter to show screen shots on your computer screen in your home or office, while being connected by phone for a teleconference. Details on coordinates for the Webinar are forwarded to conference participants a few days before.

I have questions, who can I talk to? Northern Edge Algonquin, (the Edge) is a nature retreat near South River, ON, owned by workshop presenter Todd Lucier.  Staff at the Edge can answer any questions you may have and even take your workshop reservation.  Give Mark or Wendy a call toll free at .

Can I bring someone else from my business? Yes! Each business can send up to two attendees to each workshop this year.  Register together.  Register early.  Workshops are limited to 24 participants for Tourism Keys I.  Tourism Keys II workshops are capped at 24 or less, depending on the computer lab capacity.

Can I attend both workshops? Yes!

Can I come early and sign up the day of the workshop? No way.  The registration process is part of the program.  Participants must have completed all three parts of the online registration process prior to attending Tourism Keys.

I can't decide which workshop to attend: If you can only afford one day with us choose Tourism Keys I.  It will give you more than enough information to enhance your Web presence over the next year and give you a good grounding in best practices for your business.

Can I attend Tourism Keys I, then if I like it come back the next day for Tourism Keys II if I haven't signed up ahead of time?  If you are keen on enhancing your Web presence and think you'd like to attend both days, we encourage you to sign up for both workshops as early as possible.  Since we are working in computer labs for Tourism Keys II there is a limit on number of attendees.   Since many workshops were full last year we anticipate Tourism Keys II to be full to capacity.

Can I attend just Tourism Keys II?  Only if space is available.  Attendees at Tourism Keys I workshops have priority in seating at these workshops.  We strongly recommend getting an overview of Tourism Keys by attending Tourism Keys I.  If you have not attended Tourism Keys I, and there is space available, you must be familiar with the content featured on the Tourism Keys Tutorials in order to participate.

I attended Tourism Keys last year.  Which workshop(s) should I attend? Consider taking Tourism Keys II if you can only attend one workshop and you'll go home with direct experience using tools and applying principles of Tourism Keys.  If you would like a refresher on Best Practices, take Tourism Keys I.  The workshop from last year has been enhanced and we guarantee you'll learn at least a few new things.

How do I sign up: Complete the form on this page.  You'll be redirected to a page to arrange payment for the workshop(s) of your choice.  We'll confirm receipt of payment by email and provide a link to a short survey that will help us plan to meet your needs.  We'll also give you a short list of things to bring to the workshop(s). Easy as 1,2,3.
