I attended the first Tourism Keys workshop in Thunder Bay a few years ago which was designed to help people with website design. Business at our remote boat-in fishing lodge in Red Lake had slowed down and we were getting few direct inquiries from our website. I did a complete revamp of our site after the session and almost immediately started getting phone calls and e-mails from new guests. We ended up booking 10 new groups from this. I credit that one workshop for bringing us $40,000-$50,000 in new business that year alone and has continued to benefit us every year since. I hope to use the knowledge and skills that I learned at the Tourism Keys III workshop in 2007 to improve our internet marketing yet again. ~ Dan Baughman Bow Narrows Camp Red Lake, Ontario
